777 Wall Street is a 19,352 SF, three-story historic building located in Downtown historic Bend, Oregon that was originally the 'Post Office Plaza'.  Partnering with Emerick Architects, LRS was tasked to convert the interior to a boutique hotel featuring 22 hotel rooms and a public bar.  The design intent was to preserve the buildings historic elements, enhance the existing art deco theme, and incorporate design elements that payed respect to the post offices history.

'Redfox Commons', a building previously completed by LEVER Architects, is located in the industrial neighborhood of Portland, Oregon.

LRS was tasked to take the former warehouse and turn them into a workspace campus. Designed as LEED quality buildings, the original bow and scissor trusses were preserved and enhanced with north facing dormers to give the building expansive natural light and irreplaceable character.

The bunkhouse hotel is a new construction project- 23,121 SF featuring 50 luxury rooms located in Madras, Oregon with sweeping views of the Cascade Mountain region.

It takes the geographical concept of the central Oregon high plains and adds in a western twist, speaking to the social and cultural influences of Madras.  The interior creates a cozy western vibe via furniture, lighting fixtures and the heavy use of weathered wood, while also incorporating contemporary elements and finishes to provide the feeling of a luxury hotel.

50, 630 SF, three-story Junior High School located in Coos Bay, Oregon is one of only three concrete slab buildings designed in the United States. This sustainable building features 12 classrooms, 2 science rooms, a maker space, resource room, media center, full admin suite, a commons area and kitchen, plus a competition level gym with locker rooms. Completed in 2021.

75,000 SF in Hillsboro, Oregon - A leading developer and manufacturer of sophisticated vacuum products wanted an updated facility to merge their two office spaces with a high-end design that would show off their brand. Inspired by feel, function, and flexibility, LRS provided employees with a modern industrial office space that expresses everything the company does. The original idea for a tilt panel warehouse building grew into a multi-functional hub for creation, collaboration, and connectivity.

'TERAVA' is a 6 story mixed-use new construction project located in Bend, Oregon. It features 129 various sized units, 148,000 SF with a completion date of November 2024.

The building sits on a challenging linear site and consists of two levels of structured parking with four levels of wood framed apartments on top. A centrally located vertical lobby punctuates the extensive storefront and high-volume entry canopy.

The interior combines two regional design concepts and took elements from each to create a geographically representational interior.  The 'Badlands' concept is organic, clean, simple, crisp, and handcrafted while the 'high desert' concept is warm with pops of saturated colors and high contrast.  Together, this concept directed a basis of design for all finishes- dark tile floors, representation of obsidian, white walls to create a crisp contrast, and pops of saturated color via furniture, wall finishes and natural woods.
